I'm Walt Ball, President and Founder of IT Edge. When we began servicing equipment like this in the mid 1980s, offices weren't connected to the Internet (who had even heard of the Internet then?) Most businesses operated without networks, using separate computers each with its own software. The technology has changed dramatically in that time, to be sure. We've seen dozens of other technology companies come and go. We are proud to have grown considerably over the past nineteen years, from a commitment to superior customer service.
Walt is pictured with a genuine, fully operational IBM PC XT made in 1982. Its impressive list of features includes an 8088 CPU, 640K of RAM, 10mb of hard disk space, a 12" monochrome CRT monitor and 360k floppy disks that actually flop!
